The cost of the upgrade is calculated pro rata to the remaining term of the active plan, based on the value of the option or additional feature selected.
The upgrade amount is charged upon acceptance of the Upgrade order, and the plan’s expiration date remains unchanged.

In the event of an upgrade, the CPM (cost per thousand emails) applied above the threshold and the new renewal fee will also be updated upon expiration.
