1. Programme and operator

The programme is operated by Octotech Solutions, Via E. Dandolo 29, 76123 Andria (BT), Italy, VAT IT07964530724, trading as MailSenpai and SMTP Senpai. Contact [email protected]. These terms cover affiliation; customers' purchases remain subject to the general service terms.

2. Eligibility and approval

Joining is free. Applicants must be adults or businesses legally able to receive commissions in their country. We manually review identity, channels and relevance; submitting a form does not mean approval. We communicate the outcome by email. Only one profile per person or business is allowed, with accurate, current details. Internal team accounts earn no commission. Partners have no authority to represent or enter into contracts on behalf of MailSenpai.

3. 40% recurring with no expiry

For each eligible new customer attributed to you, you earn 40% of payments actually collected for MailSenpai and SMTP Senpai, excluding VAT: the first payment, renewals and additional purchases recorded through our checkout. There is no 12- or 24-month cap: commission continues while that customer keeps paying. Example: EUR 100 collected excluding VAT generates EUR 40 commission before any partner taxes or withholding. Free services, zero payments, VAT and refunded amounts do not earn commission. No number of customers or earnings is guaranteed.

4. New-customer attribution

Use the personal link supplied after approval. The first payment must occur within 90 days of the last valid referral arrival; the last valid partner link takes priority. A partner code takes priority over a link only when expressly enabled. The standard programme includes no automatic discount code. The customer is attached to the partner at the first payment; the terms recorded for that customer continue to apply to later payments. Previous paying customers, self-referrals and purchases by connected parties are excluded. Unclear cases remain under review and you may submit supporting evidence.

5. Cookies and technical limits

The optional msp_aff cookie contains a partner code and timestamp and lasts up to 90 days; it is used only with the consent provided through the banner. Without consent, the reference may travel in links between MailSenpai pages during the current journey, without an affiliate cookie. Browser blocking, deleting data, changing devices or losing the reference may prevent attribution. Forced redirects, cookie stuffing and hidden identification are prohibited. Cookie and privacy information is linked below.

6. Maturity, refunds and disputes

Commission becomes payable 60 days after collection, unless a review remains open. A partial refund reduces commission proportionally; a full refund cancels it. Payment disputes block the affected commission until resolved; it is restored when resolved in our favour or cancelled otherwise. Amounts already paid to the partner are offset against later commissions when reversed. Adjustments appear in the partner area and may be challenged by contacting us.

7. Payouts and tax documents

Each month we prepare matured commissions reaching at least EUR 50. Smaller balances carry forward. Bank transfer requires correct tax and bank information and documentation appropriate to the partner's residence, activity and tax status. We advise which documents are required and pay within 15 days of receiving correct documentation and completing any review. VAT, withholding and reporting duties apply where required: 40% is not a promise of tax-free take-home income. An activity is not presumed occasional or exempt merely because earnings stay below a threshold. Statements in the partner area are summaries to reconcile with documents, not tax certificates.

8. Transparent promotion and independent reviews

Clearly disclose your affiliation near referral links or recommendations. Describe real features and limitations; do not guarantee inbox delivery, revenue, SEO positions or AI citations. Spam, purchased lists, unsolicited messages or comments, artificial reviews or installations, rewards for favourable opinions and misleading practices are prohibited. Do not buy ads using our brands or variations, impersonate official domains or accounts, or force clicks. Commissions do not require positive reviews, reciprocal backlinks or ranking positions. Editorial judgement must remain independent and community rules must be respected.

9. Duration, suspension and closure

You may stop participating by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend new attribution for suspected fraud or violations, explain the reasons and allow clarification. Ordinary closure alone does not cancel commissions on lawful, already attributed customers: their recorded terms continue while they pay. Refunds, payment disputes, fraud or ineligible attribution may still cause documented adjustments subject to review. We give at least 30 days' notice of changes or closure to new referrals; changes do not retroactively reduce terms for customers already attributed. Legitimately earned closing balances remain payable even below the threshold once required documents are provided.

10. Programme privacy information

We process your name, email, website and stated channels to assess applications and manage the relationship; tax details and IBAN document and enable payouts. We record terms version and acceptance time, referral identifiers, payments and adjustments, and technical information needed for security. The bases are precontractual measures and contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in fraud prevention; optional cookies rely on consent. Relationship data is retained for its duration and afterwards for accounting obligations and legal claims; accounting documents are normally retained for ten years. Customer email addresses are masked in the partner area. Authorised staff and technical and administrative providers described in the Privacy Policy process data for these purposes; joining does not grant marketing consent. Rights, contacts, recipients, transfers and complaints to a supervisory authority are explained in the Privacy Policy, supplemented by this section.

11. Version and questions

Version 2026-10-20, published 20 October 2026. Acceptance is recorded with the application; activation requires manual approval. Keep a copy of these terms. For questions or disputes contact [email protected]. Italian law applies subject to mandatory applicable provisions. For this partner programme these terms prevail over inconsistent promotional descriptions; they do not change customers' service terms.
